Enrolment Form

When you enrol your child at Waikouaiti School, you will need to complete an enrolment form either by clicking on the above Button, or by calling into the school office to collect an enrolment pack. 

If you haven't already uploaded the required documents you will need to bring the following to the school office. 

1.  Birth Certificate
2. New Entrants only - Immunisation record from their 'Well Child' Book  

If your child was NOT born in New Zealand, please either upload or bring into the office the following documents

1. Student Visa
2. Permanent Residence documentation, AND
3. Your child's passport.

Uniforms

Uniforms are available from the school office:

Black and white polo top with logo  $40.00

School Hoodie with logo $46.00

These items will be added to your account, invoiced and emailed. Invoices are payable online or by cash only. Sorry we do not have eftpos available.
