· 10am Official welcome with the Mayor Peter Chin to be invited

· Planting of trees ceremony / cutting of the cake ceremony

· Items from children - school to decide

· Afternoon - a range of options for visitors to do i.e. golf, cemetery tour, historical tour, petanque, bowls etc

· Evening Dinner (buffet), toasts, music, mini dance floor.

Sunday

· 10 am Service of Thanksgiving (Town Hall)
